These terms govern your use of PulseLyf (the "app"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

The most important thing to know: PulseLyf is an AI coaching tool, not a medical or licensed fitness professional. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace advice from a doctor, dietitian, or certified trainer. Talk to a real professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing health condition.

1. What PulseLyf is

PulseLyf generates personalized workout plans and coaching conversations using an AI model, based on information you provide. It is a self-directed fitness tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice.

2. Your account

You must be 16 or older to create an account.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the health and fitness information you provide — the AI's output is only as good as what you tell it.

3. Subscriptions and billing

PulseLyf offers a free tier and one paid subscription tier ($10.99/month, billed monthly), billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, in accordance with their respective billing terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your app store account settings before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled per Apple's and Google's standard subscription refund policies — we do not process refunds directly.
We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal, not retroactively.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the AI coaching system.
Share your account with others or resell access.
Use the app to harass, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the AI into producing harmful content.

5. Health and safety disclaimer

Exercise carries inherent risk. By using PulseLyf you accept that risk and confirm you're physically able to undertake a fitness program, or have consulted a doctor if you have any concern about your ability to do so. If the AI coach's responses ever suggest you should seek professional help (for a physical injury, disordered eating, mental health concern, or otherwise), please do so — the AI is designed to point you toward real resources in those moments, not to replace them.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

PulseLyf is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated fitness or nutrition guidance.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
