Delete Your Account

Applies to the PulseLyf app (com.pulselyf.app)

You can delete your PulseLyf account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

This is immediate and needs no approval from us.

  1. Open the PulseLyf app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and data are removed straight away. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Ask us by email

If you can no longer sign in, email support@pulselyf.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”.

We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account. We aim to complete requests within 30 days, and normally far sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

What we keep, and for how long

Data Retention
Account, profile, workouts, measurements, photos, coach conversations Deleted immediately on request
Backups containing your data Purged on our normal backup rotation, within 30 days
Billing and transaction records, where a purchase was made Retained as required by tax and accounting law

Subscriptions are separate. Deleting your PulseLyf account does not cancel a subscription billed through Google Play. Cancel it in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions, or it will keep renewing.
